Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA)

The Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA) is a farmer-driven, membership-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps people in the Carolinas grow and eat local, organic foods by advocating for fair farm and food policies, building the systems family farms need to thrive, and educating communities about local, organic agriculture. CFSA has been founded in 1979, which is the oldest and largest sustainable agriculture organization in the Southeast. For over three decades, it has successfully united farmers, consumers and businesses to build a just, healthy food and farming future.

The key program areas of this organization are: Education, Advocacy, Food Systems, Farm Services, and Lomax Farm

The Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA) is governed by a diverse board of directors, elected by our members at the CFSA annual meeting. Our board includes farmers, business leaders, agriculture educators, and concerned citizens. CFSA mission is to help people in the Carolinas grow and eat local, organic food by advocating for fair farm and food policies, building the systems that organic family farms need to thrive, and educating communities about local, organic farming with a vision of Create a regional food system that is good for consumers, good for farmers and farmworkers, and good for the land.

USA Cancer Societies: There are nearly 52 Cancer Societies and association in United States of America which covers wide range of medical major areas: medical, surgical, and radiation Many national, international, worldwide societies and associations are present in USA. Some societies are also located in different other countries, whereas their head offices are located in USA.  As of today approximately 135 Nursing societies, 35 Immunology societies, 95 Cardiology Societies, 35 Diabetes societies, 420 medical societies, 44 Toxicology societies are located in different parts of USA  such as Baltimore, Chicago, Florida, California, Texas, Georgia, Illinois and Ohio.

European Cancer Societies: In European region there are almost 52 Cancer Societies and associations located in UK, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Norway and Netherlands. Next to USA, Europe is considered to have excellent research facilities and infrastructures. There are almost 52 Pathology societies, 34 Immunology Societies, 500 medical societies, 57 Neurology Societies, 26 Dermatology Societies, 21 Dentistry Associations, 145 Nursing Associations and 49 Ophthalmology societies along with many other societies and associations,  these societies were established with an aim of improving the scope and interaction among the researchers and the scientific world.

Asia- Pacific Cancer Societies: Asia is the largest and the most populous continent. There are many medical societies and associations in different countries, which will be almost 620 societies in number approximately. Majority of the societies are located in Australia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore. In Asian countries there are around 89 Cancer Societies, 118 Diabetes Societies, 96 Food and Nutrition Association and Societies, 35 Cardiology Societies, 27 Nephrology Societies and many other societies on diverse field are present in Asia- pacific countries which are contributing towards the research world.

Middle East Cancer Societies: Societies and Association located in the Middle East region are almost 358 in number. These are mostly located in Turkey, Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. In Middle East, nearly 63 Dentistry Societies, 32 Cancer Societies, 71 Diabetes Societies, 31 Surgery Societies, 48 Pediatrics Societies along with many other societies, associations and organizations are supporting the researchers and scientists to accomplish their researches in the particular research field.
